There was an online questionnaire and phone interview, relatively simple. I sent in my resume and cover letter and they got back to me within a timely manner. I also had to send in a number of pictures demonstrating my personal style and how that translated into being a good brand ambassador for ASOS.

I applied online and was contacted for an interview the next day. I had a very laid-back in-person interview with the Managing Director, and then a phone interview with the CEO the following day. Both interviews were friendly and more of a back and forth conversation than a formal interview.
