I had a pre-screening interview over the phone. It was awkward and the man conducting the interview sounded as though he were reading material/questions from a sheet of paper.

I was given a scenario and asked about the strengths of the family, what my interventions would be, etc. He read the question quickly and I was left a bit flustered by it.
Interview process was pleasant and informative. Questions were straightforward. Interviewer was pleasant and respectful. A series of phone interviews were conducted. Much information was provided regarding case load, responsibilities, and training.

It was an online interview and then a 40-minute phone screen. It was not too terribly difficult. Quick online application. I just finished the interview so I have not yet received an offer; my interviewer said they would get back to me soon.

What is a challenge that you face in the workplace?
The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, one in person interview, and one ride along to a counseling session. Overall, it took about two weeks to complete the entire process and an additional week to get the background check/drug test results back.
