I applied online. I interviewed at Youth Villages (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
I completed three interviews. The first interview was by telephone, basically a screener who is actually housed in another state. This interview took about 20 minutes. The second interview was with a supervisor from the actual work site, via telephone. This interview was much more job specific and lasted over an hour. At this point I had several questions and took LOTS of notes. The third interview was a panel interview with 2 supervisors and the regional director. It was a pretty thorough interview where responses to scenarios were required. I was not offered the job on the spot. They notified me by phone the next day.

Question 1
How I would respond to certain specific escalated situations with youth involved who were in crisis.
The interview was very easy in my opinion. The interview consisted of basic questions asking about your previous experience and how you have applied that in the field. A lot of the questions on my interview are situational pertaining to how you handle diverse clients and how you handle difficult clients.
