I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Villages (Johnson City, TN) in Feb 2009
Interview
1st interview ended up being a group interview. No questions were asked, it was more for telling about the company. A second face to face interview was pretty basic, mostly reviewing resume and experience. No unexpected questions. The only thing I didn't like was that I did no interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor and I actually only got to meet her once for about 30 seconds during the interview process.

It was an online interview and then a 40-minute phone screen. It was not too terribly difficult. Quick online application. I just finished the interview so I have not yet received an offer; my interviewer said they would get back to me soon.
