I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Villages (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2020
Interview
On 4th interview. How many more? Asked the same questions by the same people. Just redundant if you ask me. They could be a little less painful in this. They say they will call and never do. I had to place phone calls myself.
I applied online. I interviewed at Youth Villages in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview was rushed and person spoke very rapidly. It was 5:30pm so perhaps they had dinner plans? I was given a brief overview of the company, quickly told about the benefit package, asked a couple of questions, and given the opportunity to "briefly" ask follow up questions before we moved on to the next section. The interview then stated "if we're interested in giving you an offer you will hear back from us in about a week" and the call ended. The entire experience lasted about 15 minutes.
