My experience was more laid back. My best friend worked there, and I came up to visit all the time. The manager loved my best friend, and got to know me before I applied. He told me to apply because he loved my attitude, and if I was anything like my best friend he would be thrilled. They had me come in for a Real Job Preview on a Saturday night to see what the business is like when it gets slammed. It was really busy and I couldn't just stand there and not help, so I had someone teach me to do wingstreet. My manager came over and said "you're suppose to be watching, but I can tell you're going to be a great employee. Thanks for the help!"
