      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yum! Brands (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jun 2019

      Interview

took more than 1 month, started with a phone interview with the manager, followed by another phone interview and 4 more personal interviews all of them of at least 45 min, last interview was with the General Manager of Miami office and it was a very unpleasant experience, a lot of non common question that were not focus on my experience or the good stuff I can bring to the company instead he was asking for 6 of my witnesses and random questions about other brands. a lot of interviews with people that are good at their jobs but dont have HR skills.
