Was approached by in-house recruitment in the US for this APAC role. Initial screening then a virtual interview with HM. Interview was rescheduled 3 times and to date still had no outcome shared despite multiple chases for feedback. Since then been approached by various headhunters for the same role. Very unprofessional experience which shows the business doesn't respect talent and also shows the disjointed process for hiring.
