Yusen Logistics Customer Service Representative interview questions

First interview was via telephone with someone from HR, she asked a lot about my experience, previous employers , why did I quit my previous job/or why do I want to quit, what are my strong sides, I gave an example of my possibile issue at work and how to fix it. 2nd round was with my future to be supervisor, it was very chill and friendly, I was asked about my experience and I think as they already knew everything, it was mostly to see what kind of person you are and if there is a good vibe.
