Went in onsite for the initial interview. I was interviewed by three people (my would-be manager, supervisor, and coworker) individually who each asked me pretty much the same questions. Most of the conversation revolved around my resume. I was accepted and later had a phone interview with my supervisor's manager, which was basically him just trying to sell me the job. All were very friendly.
