First stage interview was good, was offered over teams/zoom, was pleasant and enjoyed the person I met with. Second stage - was in person, people were nice enough, grilling at some points but generally ok. Following the second stage I was told decision was being made in the next 1-2 days so I expected to hear within a few days whether I was successful or not. However that interview was over a month ago now and despite chasing the recruitment team I’ve been ignored. I found out from a 3rd party that they had offered to a candidate, which wasn’t a surprise as I’d assumed I was unsuccessful but if an offer has been made then all other candidates should be informed and offered some feedback. I find it highly rude to not only not provide any feedback or outcome but also to ignore when your being chased for that information.
