4 one-hour phone interviews plus two onsite half day interviews. I contacted the hiring manager for an update about a week afterwards and he led me to believe I was the final selected candidate. Then nothing further.....I contacted him again, but he didn't respond. I finally reached out the recruiter, who informed me that he selected another candidate for the position.
