Worst interview process, recruiter took a long time to get back to me - had to change the schedule multiple times. After the interview no feedback on selected or not. It is the worst interview I had ever and did not expect from a company like ZF. I think the recruitment team at Farmington Hills needs to be more pro-active or update the candidates

The interview has been conducted by operations GM and HR Manager. First self introduction with professional experience, then technical skills was checked by asking different questions about assembly process of bearings and discussed about the concepts which are related to operations. Finally discussed about salary and foreign trips. The interview has been given more confident to me as person.
