Interview
The company used an online speed math aptitude test that it asked me to take at the same time that it offered me an interview. The same test was re-administered at the in-person interview.
For the interview, the recruiter and the CEO both visited my college. I had a 1:1 personal interview with each of them. In addition, the recruiter administered a few brain teasers, and the CEO asked me to rank a set of eight personal qualities (including creativity, perseverance, etc). The entire process on interview day took about 2 hours.
I received my offer as an e-mail attachment. I was given two days to accept or decline.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZL Technologies (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interview process was only 3 or 4 stages. But it was stretched over 4 months due to the holidays, as well as the CEO (final stage) constantly rescheduling. I was rescheduled 6 or 7 times, pushing back every 2-3 weeks, usually with only a few days (sometimes same day) notice.

Question 1
Your strength and weaknesses? and how does it apply to the position?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZL Technologies (Milpitas, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
1- Filled out an application online. And then was asked to take a 15 minutes IQ assessment quiz online followed by answering 3-4 generic questions about yourself. Video record it and submit. Got through that.
2- A week later I was called in for a interview on-site as I was a local candidate, instead of initial phone call. (Also due to meeting timings)
3- On the day of the interview, went to the location. I was then taken into a room to take another 16 mins, basic GRE quant problem(50 questions in 16 minutes). Did that. Then the HR gave me a list of characteristic words, and arrange them in the order that best describes me. (Eg: Analytical, creative, hard-working, etc). Explain why i chose those words. Few questions about my past experience and what I did. Did that. After that, I was interviewed by a member from the marketing team. He kept asking situational questions and behaviour questions, to get a feel for what i am looking for and more about me. I got the chance to ask a few questions.
I was then told, that i would know about the next round by the end of the week. The next round was going to be with the marketing manager and CEO, but at the end of the week, was sent a rejection email.
No red flags while I was there, even though people say negative experience.
