I applied to ZLTechnologies towards end of May 2018 and received a link to complete an assessment which had 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes which I did. Then a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview was about 2 brain teasers which I answered correctly. The recruiter told me he will contact me for the next steps towards the end of June which he didn't. I followed up with him in the first week of July and then he tells me they are now looking for a UI candidate and will contact me later if the position is open again. Also tells me to apply for a Systems Analyst position. Totally a time waste.

Suppose you had eight identical balls. One of them is slightly heavier and you are given a balance scale . What's the fewest number of times you have to use the scale to find the heavier ball?
Interview was challenging yet comfortable. Interviewer was easy to talk to and encouraged answers in a polite and respectful manner. He was courteous and understanding throughout the entire interview process.
