Interview
First an online questionnaire and video interview on separate platforms was required. The online questionnaire was a skills test on a mix of math and english problems (similar to what you receive in SAT prep). The video portion was a one way interview where you record your responses. Second step was to schedule 45 minute phone discussion.
Interview was challenging yet comfortable. Interviewer was easy to talk to and encouraged answers in a polite and respectful manner. He was courteous and understanding throughout the entire interview process.
