Took a long time and unresponsive employer. I went through 3 rounds of the interview. First was a 1 way interview and I only had to answer simple questions like "why do you want to work with us?" Then I had a phone interview that went deeper into my background as well as simple brain teasers. The third round took weeks to come round. I emailed the employer and they never responded. I was confused because this round came out of nowhere and I had a call with a team lead and he asked me various questions about data management.
