Several rounds of interviews. There were 2 phone calls, an online test, and an on-site interview. At the on-site interview, you are initially given a math/logic test. After completing this, there are several hours worth of 1-on-1 interviews with many different people in the company. They each ask you a variety of questions to understand your knowledge of programming and problem-solving skills. Most of these are basic questions in regard to basic programming, math, and database storage. The last interview is with, Arvind, the CTO. He asked me to prove certain math theorems and functions. Arvind wrapped up the interview by telling me that I was not a programmer and that I should go back to school for another 4 years to learn what it means to be a software engineer. I did not get an offer but I would not have accepted even if I did. If the CTO is willing to insult a potential employee, he is capable of much worse when that person is a part of the company. Would not recommend.
