Interview
Horrible. CEO video interview, asked a series of questions in an attempt to determine my age, blatant ageism. I do not include every role on my resume, first, roles older than 10-15 years aren't relevant second, we know technology is ageist so we obscure our age for good reason.
After the Zoom interview, I was sent a "speed test," essentially a basic math test. Not sure what this test is going to tell them, but I did it.

How long did you work at X company, what was your first job at X company, what programming languages did you learn in college, why didn't you get a graduate degree
I was contacted by a recruiter to take some online tests which I found to be excessive. I have taken some online questionnaires before but I would love to know how they assess their because for a sales position it did not seem to align with anything. I also had to write an essay based on opinions of relevant issues. Being an experienced and well-versed sales professional and college applicant, I found it strange that none of my experience seemed to matter for their process.
