Several rounds interviews with Hiring manager and several team members all good, 90 day plan fine, CEO test (stupid), references required before final interview with the CEO, now that was a Joke. He didn't want to hire anyone and the interview was a joke and wouldn't represent that guy if he paid me 3X.

Question 1
CEO interview was a joke, he wanted to ask about the difference of Structured vs Unstructured data? If I didnt understand the difference, how was i even speaking with him, He was unpleasant, unprofessional and said he started the business cause "He didnt have anything better to do" Uninspiring and would not have accepted the offer but dont believe he wanted to fill it. they have advertised this same job for over 2 years best i can tell? Dont waste your time.

Interview
It started off with a phone call with an internal recruiter. He was very thoughtful and thorough in his questions. The discussion was interesting and positive.
Right away I was asked to speak with the CEO. (I thought it was odd that there was no VP of Sales.) At the last minute, in order to accommodate the CEO's schedule, I drove 2 hours to meet him. I arrived at 6:30pm and was not offered a drink or perhaps a bite to eat. Let's not forget that the company is trying to recruit and impress me. The CEO asked the most ridiculous esoteric questions. Some here call him "thoughtful," I found him aloof and arrogant. At 8pm, he asked me to take a math test. Seriously. No thank you.
