You are first contacted for a very brief 20 minute phone interview (Personal , Why you, Why do you want to work for ZL, Why do you want to go to california) If you pass you have to pass a IQ/math online test (Not hard but too long so be as fast as possible) If you pass you go to a 1:1 interview with the CEO-Final round- (Very weird interview very slow and I had to take the Math test again. what animal would you be?, how would your mother describe you? Why did you choose your school?)
