First it looked like there was an interview scheduled with someone inthe marketing group but it was actually a math test that I hadn't been told about. Then had an exploratory interview with someone not in marketing, was told next step was speaking to CEO, that they would be in touch. A month later, they were in touch to set up a time a month later with CEO. Was asked to complete a personality traits table ranking about 20 different personality traits in the order in which they applied to me. Had two hour interview with CEO in which he talked about a wide range of topics, didn't ask much about my experience and told me why marketing people never work out at his company bc his product is so great yet little understood. Very weird and wasteful of time interview.
