Phone interview with HR first. Then a phone interview with the department head. If you pass those two then you got brought in for a series of about 5 in-person interviews, mostly with people from the department. Then if you pass that you called in for a second in person interview. Pretty standard process/questions, was a bit redundant by the time you get half way through the in person interviews
