Interview
Found out about the job from ex-customers who happen to be a Cardiologist and EP married couple. Applied. Recruiter called. Normal interview process. Said they were going to pass me along. Then called me back to say that I could not move forward as I "didn't pass" some personality evaluation last year. Told them that I never took one. Then they said they were looking for someone with "current" Cardiology contacts. I explained that I have spent 20 years calling on cardiologists and that was how I found out about the job. HR person tangled their words and I realized that it was due to my age. I will never apply to this company again, and I have not hesitated to share my experience with my Cardiology community friends/customers.
Long process with many steps including psychometric testing. This gave me an opportunity to meet a lot of people across the organization and ask questions from different perspectives. The psychometric tests were challenging

Interview
Someone called me and asked a bunch of questions. She continued to cut me off so I couldn't fully answer the question. I couldn't ask and questions about the company or position. It was very one-sided.

Interview
Phone interview was casual but still professional. The first interview is with a talent acquisition recruiter. They ask about your background, why you would be a good fit, and then tell you about the position.
