Applied online, heard back from recruiter within a week. Scheduled a phone interview, which went well (pretty standard). Onsite interview followed. Met with about 7 people on the team I'd be joining, including the manager, as well as one person from HR. Everyone I met with was very cordial. The questions asked were all standard for a technology position in an FDA-regulated company.
