Was contacted by a head hunter via LinkedIn with the position. Position was Full Time with Zoll working on their internal product development.

2. Phone Interview with another Web Applications Engineer at Zoll
First Phone Screen was very informal, was asked to explain my profile and work experience. And was informed about the position and what company is doing. Manager was friendly and very professional.
For Second Phone Interview, I was told that it will be a technical interview. But in an hour call, 45 minutes were spent on Behavioral questions and 15 minutes on basic technical questions.
Behavioral Questions:
1. As a Sr. Software Engineer, how will you deal with Technical Debt
2. As a Sr. Software Engineer, how you will work in a Team
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses
4. What you like and dislike the most about Software Engineering field
5. How you dealt with conflict with your team member
