Please Note: This review has been censored of free speech by the Glassdoor moderators. This interview with ZOLL was awful, insulting and degrading. After being away from design for many years and with that clearly explained in my resume, the interviewer started with an online pop quiz. Really! After 20 minutes the interview was over and interviewer cuts the interview without a thank you. The job description provided, only generally mentioned 30% of role would focus on redesign for sustaining engineering. Design was all this COLD person talked about. Interviewer didn't even talk about Zoll or the culture or products! It was the COLDEST experience I have ever had in 40 years. If this is what the management is like in Rolling Medows, what is it like at the rest of Zoll. If you want to be a robot and work in company like this is your place. They were having problems filling this role and now I know why. I would RUN from this company as fast as possible and based on other comments this is standard interview process. For a medical device company, COLD, COLD, COLD.
