I was contacted for an interview and arranged to take time off work to attend. The recruiter did not call, then emailed 15 minutes after the interview was scheduled to start to say she needed to reschedule. I rescheduled it for a later date and again was ghosted by the same recruiter...no call, no email. If the way they treat their candidates is any reflection of the way treat their employees, I wouldn't recommend.
