Interview
Lengthy interview process with at least 4 different formal interviews, both on the phone and in person. They offer you the opportunity to shadow a rep for a day, which is very helpful. I recommend working with a recruiter who is familiar with their interview process, to help guide you along the way.

Interview
I made it through two interviews with Zoll. The first was a phone screening and the second was a personality evaluation. I am a highly qualified medical device candidate and I devoted time researching the company and took the time to adequately prepare for the interviews. I was excited to hear back from Zoll but never did. I think the courtesy of a quick phone call or brief email to let me know I was not being moved along through the process would have been appropriate given my level of interest and involvement.
