Cross-functional team interview (a series of 1:1 with the cross-functional team, had four separate 1:1). The whole step was 2 months. The HR manager said that I was going to get an offer. After the interview, They said they wanted to hire someone within Zoll. They just wasted 2 months for no reason. After reading other comments about the interview process, Don't waste your time here; they're just going to hire people within the company. They just wasted my 2 months for this roll. Please report them if you can they are scamming for role . They don't hire people they just promote within the company
