ZS Associates Business Technology Analyst interview questions

Business case study round You are given a case on a real life problem and have nearly half an hour to solve a couple of questions which are MCQ based. It requires you to think as an analyst in that situation. If you cleared this round, The final in this series is: 3. An online AI based interview: You are given nearly 8 questions which are in general HR based which you have to answer and record the submission. You will get the qualified students list in a day or two. The fourth round is a technical interview of nearly 30 minutes on Monjin platform with a professional having nearly 8-10 years of experience. The questions are based on DBMS Theory, SQL queries which have to be written and sent on the chat window and aptitude based questions. They will also have HR based questions to see if the candidate is actually interested in the position. They will also ask about SDLC, Testing. I had said that I have no in depth knowledge of same, the interviewer politely asked me to give a general brief of the whatever I know. The interviewer is trying to gauge your thinking process and listens to whatever you say. The experience was pretty good the only thing was that it was scheduled at 10:30pm in the night. Whoever clears this round has the fifth and final round of HR which was on zoom. It was nearly 40 minutes long. I had two people on the panel and but was only interviewed by one. They have already went through your resume thoroughly and will already have questions prepared about the skills you have mentioned and why so. They spent the majority of the time on my projects asking about the process and why I chose the deployment option as written and not the other way. Make sure you have the answers. They are pretty friendly and open, I felt it was more of a conversation rather than an interview. They will also ask you to tell them about the major idea you have about ZS, it would be good if you have prepared this before hand as it is a common question. At the end they'll ask you to solve a probability question or a guesstimates. It is a must you try this on your own and google them. Most of them are either repetitive or have a general gist to it. Try to solve them outloud so they know the approach you had. They correct ans generally does not matter for a guesstimate but the process of how you came up to that number. At last they'll ask you to ask them a question if you have any, generally it is a good sign if you have a question because it shows you are interested and keen. At the end I was selected for the BTA position. It was a very smooth and fast process, did not stretch on for a long time. The best approach is to google and be prepared well in hand and all the best.
