I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Pune) in Oct 2018
Interview
Hiring process consisted of four rounds. First round was an online aptitude assessment test, clearing that led to a call at ZS's office(travelling compensation provided). In office, first round was case study, second with a manager(behavioral interview), and lastly by a principal(fit test).
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
