I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ZS Associates (New Delhi) in Feb 2019
Interview
The hiring process began with an online test followed by a telephonic interview. Later I was called at their Gurgaon office for a face to face interview. The case study was Round 1. After nearly 2 hours they tell me that my case study didn't go as expected and offered me to re-appear for a Business Test Analyst role. Nearly 2 more hours into the second case study I was called for Round 2 which was a telephonic interview with their Consultant at Pune. They asked me basic testing questions and my experience working in my previous firm. After this I was asked to leave and said that the results would be emailed. Its been nearly 10 days they haven't sent any email nor are replying to my emails.
I think it's extremely unprofessional on their part to not reveal the results- positive or negative. Really bad experience.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
