I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Pune) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process was smooth.
It started with an online aptitude test. It had 45 questions and 40 minutes. Most questions were solvable but time was the key criteria. It is necessary to know which questions to let go since they would consume too much time.
After clearing some cut-off for the aptitude test, it was immediately followed by an online interview. General questions were displayed and we had 1 minute to think and then 3 minutes to answer. There was no person hearing us, so apparently AI must have judged us? Not sure about that.
73 students were later shortlisted from the college who had to undergo 3 rounds of interview the next to next day.
Round 1 was case study discussion. Case study was decently tough to understand. But the key was to not panic and keep trying to solve it. We had 30 minutes in which we had to understand a Business case, solve a few numerical's on the data given and then give some business case suggestions. There was no right answer for the suggestion, but they were interested in analyzing our approach. After 30 minutes of solving the case study we had a 1 on 1 discussion with a ZS employee.
Round 2 was HR. It was pretty straightforward. Go through the common interview questions and prepare well and stay confident.
Round 3 was fit round. They try to check if you are culturally fit for the company environment. There isn't much you can do to mess up in this round :P
At the end 6 people from the whole college were selected for the role of BOA.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
gestimation about online shows and platforms and how much they make
First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
