Interview
I had interviewed for the post of business operations associate at ZS in 2014. The process involved aptitude test, case study and HR round. The aptitude test was fairly easy. The case studies were interesting and involved questions about data interpretation of pharma sales. The next round was the manager round in which guesstimate questions were asked. The entire interview panel was supportive. The most important thing that they observe is your approach to problem solving. The final round was the Principal round with the company principals where they ask you questions on your values.
