You can apply for the position online. Then they provide you with a link of test ( which in my case could be taken within 48 hours)
If you pass the test, they call you for the further round. Interview process has 3 rounds, the first being a case study.

In case study round, we were given a case study about a company, we were given 40 minutes to solve. Then we had to present our quantitative and qualitative analysis of the case to the interviewer

In campus beats program , first there is an online case which needs to be solved after which there is an OT after which you have round 1 case interview and then round 2 HR round

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

Given information about electric vehicles, which city would I advise adding EV chargers and what sites in that city?
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
