Since I am an experienced candidate, the short listing of my profile was done by Recruiter via Naukri. I had uploaded a completely professional CV.
I got a call from the recruiter, was more of a screening round, was asked about my current company, work experience, tools and technology I was working on. Post that was called for F2F interview rounds at Delhi premises. All the travel expenses were born by the company, privileged to have such hospitality.
There were 2 Interview rounds, Case Study and Case Interview and Behavioural/Pricipal Interview. Some candidates had 3 interview rounds, possibly behavioral amd principal separately but nothing was mentioned as such.
It was a good case, I wrote clean queries then had a long one hour discussion on the case which involved some basic introduction questions, puzzles, guesstimates. Interviewer was impressed by my case presentation and the way I explained it. Asked some basic DWH concepts as well.
Post that was the final round(Behavioural/Principal), all the rounds were elimination round. Was more of a personality assessment and checking what makes you a good fit for ZS. Resume probing questions and hell lot puzzles, situations, also went on for more than an hour. But response seemed to be positive from the gestures and how Interviewer saw off. Got the result after 3 days.
