Interview
It was quite a clean and seamless process from the beginning to the end. It consisted of 5 rounds with each of them being an elimination round. First was a logical and aptitude round where we had to solve 42 questions in 40 minutes. Then the next round was a MCQ case study round where one had to answer some business and analytical questions based on the case study given. And final round for phase 1 was a video interview round where we were given 10 second preparation time and then had to answer a question within 3 minutes. The video questions consisted of HR questions and guesstimates. If selected there, we moved on to phase 2. The first round was a case study that we had to solve in 60 minutes and then, later on, present it to an interviewer. Lastly, if the case was accepted was the HR/Management round where I was probed on my resume and projects a lot and a guesstimate question.

Question 1
In the logical round, it is just basic quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning but speed is essential as some questions are long and put there to make us get stuck.
The video interview round consisted of questions like occasions where I have shown leadership skills and other such HR questions and some guesstimates.
Then in the case interview, I was asked to explain my approach to several questions. In HR I was asked questions like describing a project I have done, what did I do in an internship, and then a guesstimate; where I was asked what is the annual tuition market in India.

gestimation about online shows and platforms and how much they make
First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
