Applied online for this position twice as it was reposted on LinkedIn over a period of a few months. Three months after the first application i was invited for interview by the internal recruiter. I had two interviews with their creative lead and manager and was informed that i would hear back a week later either way as they had a few more people to see and i was only the second. I sent a reminder nudge email 8 working days later but not had a reply. I have called numerous times to be greeted with a voicemail every time. Its not just unkind but very unprofessional to not provide any feedback after interview stage. Id never want to work here after seeing how they treat people. What's made this worse is still being send emails from their HR department that tell me id be suitable for the role i have already had an interview for! Remove people from your email lists or better still - try communicating!
