Interview
I didn't reach the interview stage. I had to first go through their online assessment which had three sections each of 30-45 mins each. If you clear this assessment then you get to have interview with them.

Well there were 3 sections as I mentioned before:
1st section - Math, verbal reasoning, logical concepts, etc
2nd section - You were given some questions to answer about yourself, and you had to record the answer in like a 30 second video.
I didn't reach the 3rd section. As you have to have minimum marks to qualify each section. Some of my friends didn't qualify even the 1st. Actually our mistake was that we didn't search enough about how the talview(the platform zs used ) assessments happen and what is the difficulty level of the questions. It would be so easy if we had gone through the type of questions that had been previously asked.

In campus beats program , first there is an online case which needs to be solved after which there is an OT after which you have round 1 case interview and then round 2 HR round

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
