Interview
There are a total of 5 rounds:
1. Online Assessment - This is contains mainly mathematical and verbal ability questions.
2. HR Telephonic Interview - Basic HR questions to guage the candidate's speaking and communication abilities. It's very casual, nothing technical.
3. Case Study Interview - you will be given 30-40 mins to solve a case study and answer questions based on it. They are mainly looking for problem solving ability of the candidate. This is the round where maximum number of candidates get dropped off.
4. Technical and Brian teaser round - Based on your CV, past experiences, puzzles, guesstimates, etc
5. Behavioral fit round - To understand if the candidate fits the work culture of the firm.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
