I got a call from consultancy and the profile got shortlisted for ZS. HR had a meeting room via zoom - where in all the candidates (30 plus around- joined virtually) and we were told that the first round shall be a case study. Case study was explained and then we were asked to complete the same in the next one hour. I completed the case study questionnaire and then got a call from HR - saying the technical discussion on ETL for the case study will happen today at 3 PM. Case study technical interview went well. By 5:30 PM - HR informed - you have cleared this round. Tomorrow is the FITMENT round by 1 in afternoon. FITMENT round - More of a discussion on what do you do on a day to day basis - how are project things managed - what are the key roles played by you . Also few technical questions. This was a decent interview. Post that - I waited for the HR to get back with the positive / negative response. They called after 12 days - that the profile is not apt as per the requirement ☹️
