Question 1
how will you rationalize 30 sheets into 12 and how will you distribute the load in the team. How do you decide SLA for your subordinates
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZS Associates in Apr 2026
Interview
What was originally supposed to be 2 one-on-one interviews plus a panel interview turned out to be 4 one-on-one interviews and the panel interview. It seemed that each time I had an interview where the interviewer described the position, it was a different story about the responsibilities of the role, what the role would be doing, and the expectations. When I would ask for clarifying questions regarding what I heard from other interviewers in the same group at the end of my interview, it became apparent that there was a disconnect and/or intentional ambiguity. Something didn’t sit right - none of the descriptions of the role had any cross-overs or things described in parallel.
