I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZT Systems (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2022
Interview
There were two rounds- HR screening and a panel interview. The process took one week, but to date, I have not received any communication from HR after the interview. The panel interview will be based on one's experience, and a candidate with experience in ISO 9001 and quality auditing has good chances of being hired. I reached out the HR multiple times after the interview to know my result but got no response. Please do not ghost interview candidates and ensure good communication. Because of this, I am unsure whether I was considered for the job or not.
