Interview
The worst interview experience I have ever had during my job hunting, everything seems disorganized , I was interviewing for the thermal engineer, first round the HR asked me if I am comfortable with working overtime and working on weekends sometimes. And second round is technical interview for one and half hours, for the technical interview, they barely ask you your experience on the resume, they just ask you what they are interested in, for me, the manager who is a Taiwanese guy asked me a lot of fluid mechanics questions. It was a like a fluid mechanics school test. And I didn't feel comfortable with this interview process, the interview process was very tense and frustrating.

Question 1
Draw Q-P curve, what is the velocity profile for turbulent flow, what is the definition of boundary layer, what is fully developed flow, given velocity and length of the pipe, what is the formula for back pressure, and a lot of fluid mechanics stuff I couldn't remember already. What is the difference between RTD and Thermocouple? And even more complicated questions on designing a testing method for collecting data.
