I applied online. I interviewed at Zaius (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
No phone screen. Just sent my resume and was offered an interview. The interview was very awkward as the manager I met with hadn't even reviewed my resume before our conversation. Once we got on track, she didn't really have any questions for me.
After a few days of silence, I was told the "role and responsibilities are being modified" and they won't be continuing the interview process.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zaius (Boston, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I spoke to 3 people over the phone and was asked to go to their office for an interview, where I met with the same 3 people as well as 2 more (1 of which is the CTO and co-founder). Normally I find the interview process to be somewhat painful and very fake, but this was very different as the people I spoke to struck me as genuine, passionate, smart and humble. I really got a good sense of what the company was all about and it made me really excited about joining their team. My interview process went about as well as I possibly could have hoped.
