Went to the info session at my school - some previous bullpen members spoke and they were overly verbose and never made a point. Overall a pretty unimpressive crowd who thought themselves to be pretty impressive. I submitted a resume and was invited to have a short screening phone conversation with their sixteen year old recruiting manager for the bullpen program. I was turned down pretty quickly. Why they use someone with no business experience to serve as the gatekeeper for potential business leaders in the company is beyond me. Take it for what it is.
