Was contacted over LinkedIn by a Zayo recruiter. Great initial messages. Set up a meeting through Calendly. I wait for that time and it was a no-show by them. I email them and also leave a VM. They apologize, saying there was a conflict and that they would call within 30 minutes. There was no call. Then a few days later, they email me again setting up a time. Again, a no-show by them. Then all of a sudden, I get a generic rejection email. This was the most unprofessional process I've ever experienced with 3 timeslots where they did a no-show and then getting a generic rejection email.
