Good interview process. Phone screening gauging out light technical skills and fit, then 30 min interview with a SVP. Second round interview they talked about the role then asked me where I fit within. Very conversational.
Initial call with HR Representative and Recruiter.
Two calls with hiring manager with future teammates. Very friendly and open conversation environment, little pressure. Felt more like a casual "get to know you" than formal interview
