Zayo Product Development interview questions

I applied and reached out via email as a follow up. Had a back and forth with an employee in HR. We spoke on the phone twice. The first conversation was casual, the second was a full blown interview where I was told they were hiring asap and it sounded like I'd be a great fit for the job. Meeting in person I was told would just be a formality, should've been my first red flag. Asked if I'd be willing to meet in person, I agree. Never received a follow up email or call. I emailed FIVE times asking for at least a response if they filled the position. Never heard anything. The kicker is, the employee still follows me on LinkedIn. He must not pay for premium because I get a notification every time he visits my profile. And he's done it 3+ times. Weird. If this is any indication of the kind of company they are, I would RUN and quickly.
